Work culture is great, triangle area offices are nice.
Cons
Was a "temporary employee", and therefore had to renew my contract each year. Benefits were poor: No PTO, non-paid forced holiday over Christmas, terrible healthcare options. No set timeframe for being converted into an employee at Fidelity. The recruiter told me roughly a year, but I saw others who had been there for 3 years without being converted. Whether you get converted or not depends on office politics.
