Upper Management has no clear vision or path forward. Buying companies every two years has caused financial instability. CCI bought the local telco company I worked for. They siphoned off any profits from west market to spend in other markets. Constant layoffs and downsizing. Every time they buy a company it starts all over. No training under current management. No advancement since they keep cutting jobs. Those who are left behind are overworked and underpaid. Poor work life balance. Constant chaos as processes kept changing with every acquisition and restructure of departments was continuous. The elimination of positions is not because the amount of work to do has decreased. The pile of work is the same, but now there are fewer people trying to keep up with it.
