Pros

The company itself offers excellent benefits, generous vacation time, and really goes all-out during events like Stampede and the holiday season. Most employees are treated well, and the firm has a strong reputation in the industry. It's clear the company values its legal professionals and invests in keeping morale high through perks and celebrations.

Cons

For those in support or back-office roles, the experience can be very different. There’s a noticeable cultural divide between departments. Some individuals—particularly in client-facing legal support roles—can be incredibly demanding and, at times, entitled. Surprisingly, the lawyers and even partners are often easier to work with. There were instances of verbal mistreatment that were reported, but due to the hierarchical structure and the person’s position in the firm, nothing could be done. This was frustrating and disheartening. Internal management, while competent, often aligns more with the firm’s interests than those of their own team, which can make advocacy for better working conditions feel futile. Expect very high workloads, minimal bonuses (a few hundred dollars after tax), and difficulty in securing flexible work arrangements—even while leadership regularly works remotely themselves.

Pros

You get paid on mid week

Cons

Lots of politics and gossips. Hr listen to the old employees and doesn’t care about new ones. If you are going to work here, be prepared to get treated bad. They will cry to get u to sign offer and then send you by saying lies. They sent me with lies
