There were instances of verbal mistreatment that were reported, but due to the hierarchical structure and the person’s position in the firm, nothing could be done. This was frustrating and disheartening. Internal management, while competent, often aligns more with the firm’s interests than those of their own team, which can make advocacy for better working conditions feel futile. Expect very high workloads, minimal bonuses (a few hundred dollars after tax), and difficulty in securing flexible work arrangements—even while leadership regularly works remotely themselves.
