      The company has attracted top talent through the years, and they have a genuinely amazing group of employees

      Not a psychologically safe place at the moment. SLT has listened to the teams, but fails to act and make the necessary changes

      I control my own schedule. Every job and location is different unless it's a project.

      Cons

      The consistency of pay is the only con for me. I have no issues with payments. It's the nature of contract work.
