Pros

Some very nice people. Nice office space.

Cons

Poor health benefits. No vacation or sick policy. No 401k or matching contribution. Unprofessional business practices. Not a family friendly environment. Majority of development and customer support in Bangladesh. Weekly evening calls to your team are the norm.

Thank you for your feedback. The Team at Field Nation takes great pride in our Team regardless of where they reside as we are an international organization. Our Team in Bangladesh is very important to us as they help us provide critically required support to the thousands of Field Nation Customers. We are thankful to have them on the Field Nation Team. We approach each day with the mindset that we are indeed a new business aspiring to great success and we welcome future Team Members that reflect that approach and attitude. To that point, and as a newer business, we are continuing to add new benefits each year as we grow and expand. Also, we hope to grow this entrepreneurial spirit for decades to come. Thank you for your thoughts.
