      Pros

      It used to be a good place once upon a time long long back

      Cons

      This is a company with no growth prospects whatsoever. Lethargic team with no innovation. Their product is old and pathetic. The product is unable to scale to current need of the market. Lot of customers including large strategic ones have left in recent past due to 0 product vision. Last years many key and management employees including 1 co-founder have already left the company Complete lack of basic ethics among top management including CEO. Even long term employees do not get ESOP. If you care for your career, do not join this company. If you just want money to pay bills, you can consider.

      Dear Reviewer We will not give you the honor of a reply simply because there is such a strong tell-tale sign of this being a fake review. The designation you have mentioned has only been held by one person in this organisation. No one else held it before or after him. His review has already been published on Glassdoor. Here is the link - https://www.glassdoor.co.in/Reviews/Employee-Review-FieldAssist-RVW47155235.htm And we have it on good authority that it is written by the actual Business Head (South), Bangalore. So not only are you impersonating someone else, there is a chance that you might not be a current or former member of the FieldAssist team. That Glassdoor doesn’t allow any action against this blatant identity theft, is reflective more on their model than anything else.

      Flexible working hours Flexible leave policy Timely salary WFH

      Cons

      - No fixed working hours, manager can call you any time for work - Expect to work after working hours - No performance judge, no skills judge, how much you work extra will be counted - No promotions at all, people holding the positions will be there, and instead promoting existing people they will hire new, so delivery is not impacted - No appraisal compared to the work they expect - No learning, they just focus on delivery, feature need to be shipped, how they shipped not matters - No job security, as many people forced to leave if they don't work as per their needs - Managers can yell, say anything but you just need to listen, if you counter than anything can happen - Favoritism and politics starts from the root level - They run their own version of sprint and agile, no planning and discussions, just finish the work in their expected time not yours. - They say they are product company, but in real they are not a product or service company either as all the requirements comes from client for their own products.
