Not much to speak of

This is the place to be if 1. You wanted a career which does not progress inspite of years of hard work 2. You wanted to learn nothing in-spite of working day and nights for years 3. You wanted to witness a startup on dealth bed with co-founds , key top management and key customers leaving 4. You wanted politics, lies and overall lack of ethics or culture in management

Dear Reviewer Your review and even the language you have used, is so similar to another negative review that just came in; that we are really finding it hard to believe the authenticity of your account. Since Glassdoor allows you to hide behind anonymity, and use multiple accounts, we are left with no option but to reply to your review. First things first, neither our key top management nor our key customers have left us. You can verify it using any platform you want. Yes, some of the founding team members have moved out after mutual deliberation and there have been changes in one leadership position - something any company witnesses its journey. How that becomes a ‘deathbed’ in your perception, is beyond our comprehension. FieldAssist is actually known for giving a great learning environment for its members. You will learn here, in a year, what you may not be able to learn in a larger organisation. Our members vouch for that. There is a room to try, fail and try again; and your team will stand by you. We also know that if you are not driven, not self-motivated and do not have a desire to learn and grow - FieldAssist is not suitable for you. And lastly, we take great offence on the term ‘lack of ethics’. If you have really been a part of the company, you will know that we have stood by integrity at the cost of losing business. We hope you are happy wherever you are now. Our advice to you will be to communicate about your problems to your company rather than seeking solace in anonymity of Glassdoor reviews. Pros

Flexible working hours Flexible leave policy Timely salary WFH

Cons

- No fixed working hours, manager can call you any time for work - Expect to work after working hours - No performance judge, no skills judge, how much you work extra will be counted - No promotions at all, people holding the positions will be there, and instead promoting existing people they will hire new, so delivery is not impacted - No appraisal compared to the work they expect - No learning, they just focus on delivery, feature need to be shipped, how they shipped not matters - No job security, as many people forced to leave if they don't work as per their needs - Managers can yell, say anything but you just need to listen, if you counter than anything can happen - Favoritism and politics starts from the root level - They run their own version of sprint and agile, no planning and discussions, just finish the work in their expected time not yours. - They say they are product company, but in real they are not a product or service company either as all the requirements comes from client for their own products.
