Business outlook
Pros
Company paid very well. Worked long hours but could work twice a week from home. No clock watching per se. Learnt a lot especially regarding working with a global team and new corporate systems. Enjoyed working with peers. Able to travel globally.
Cons
Very bureacratic. Very slow to change or improve way of doing this. Far too much admin and role was more secretarial than management. Management did not consider my recommendations and concerns when raised.
