Pros
Good employee benefits and programs. Used to have good upper management but they’ve all left.
Cons
Not enough employees for the jobs required. Many residents go without care. Employees who cause problems (mainly night shift) or don’t do their jobs or neglect residents don’t get fired and keep on doing it. Very little support for supervisors trying to make a difference. You report problems to upper management but problems persist. They can’t find any good night shift caregivers and are obligated to keep what they have even though it isn’t even enough to begin with. When they lost half of their population due to covid 19, the company shut down an entire wing and took hours away from full time, hard working employees in order to save money. A full time employee was offered 2 shifts a week and their other shifts were given away to other employees so that everybody had only a couple of shifts to work. All to save money.
