      Culture, teamwork, and valuing employees are not just buzz terms at Fiera. The outstanding leadership team backs up talk with action. There is an incredibly inclusive, team-oriented culture that sets up employees and the firm for success.

      Cons

      The volume of work gets heavy at times.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture, no micromanagement, great company if you are the right kindof person. If you value efficiency and freedom this is a great firm for you. Summer fridays are a great perk and the pay is solid. People are great.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to have a clear direction, there is a lot of turnover and recently there has been layoffs. There is a huge lack of processes and very limited onboarding when you first join.
