      Pros

      you gain knowledge as the company is changing the vision very often good benefits

      Cons

      No profit bonus was paid to employees for 2022. Executive compensation increased for most as per the 2022 Fiera capital circular. Un-equitable work from home policy. 3 days a week is required as per the policy. Some come in 3 days, some 2 and some 0. It comes down to the department, manager and office location. Totally unequitable.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture, no micromanagement, great company if you are the right kindof person. If you value efficiency and freedom this is a great firm for you. Summer fridays are a great perk and the pay is solid. People are great.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't seem to have a clear direction, there is a lot of turnover and recently there has been layoffs. There is a huge lack of processes and very limited onboarding when you first join.
