Pros

Excellent Benefits Medical/Dental Insurance Vacations Holidays 401K Incentive Pay

Cons

Micro Managed. Check Ins every two hours and you must give management a detailed explanation of every customer sales conversation. Upper management promotes the younger inexperienced who can be intimidated and looks for reason to rid experienced mature employees. Communication between management and employees severely lacks and expressing opinions or concerns are not welcome. Management is excused from adhering to Core Values and set poor examples to their employees who must abide by Core Values at all times. Annual Performance Reviews are focused on one negative occurrence in the workplace regardless if you exceeded Sales, Customer Service and Operational Performance - Above Expectations - throughout the entire year.

It is a job that can lead to a lot of stress. It can be very fast paced. There are a lot of policies, procedures and information to remember. Should have proficient computer skills to be successful with this position..
