Business outlook
Pros
Small team so I get to work across different functions which is great for diverse learning. Great team and culture, we have lots of fun. Great work/life balance very flexible, but still have to work hard and challenge myself. Good communication and transparency, monthly town halls to keep everyone informed about the business.
Cons
Start-up environment so processes and procedures are not mature and activities can be a bit disorganised. The business is still trying to find their niche so things change pretty quickly. Staff turnover has been high but more than half the people that left were not a good fit for where the business is now and where its going.
