      The only thing that is a pro is working with fast food workers to build power.

      Cons

      They hired people with the promise of training and promotion to Organize in two weeks. Not true at all. It’s a revolving door or staff. Zero training and zero benefits. So much for working for workers rights…

      Not for the faint of heart - sometimes traveling to other states - working irregular hours, also weekends - a lot of driving - end up eating a lot of fast food
