Pros
I worked at a Massachusetts location. The staff and leadership were nurturing yet firm, business savvy yet empathetic. The team cares about the clients and truly wants them to lead healthy, happy lives. In fact, I would say the company cares about the clients on an almost familial level. The staff is supported above and beyond what would be expected of any leadership team at any company. The amount of free training you get is incredible— instead of paying a ton for a Pilates certification, you basically get all that training for free. I’m depressed that I have to leave this incredible company, but I hope prospective job seekers feel confident about applying. The company is ethical and provides real value and healthy outcomes for clients. I felt supported in my needs the entire time.
Cons
The cons are simple. Training pay rate is pretty low. Health insurance is not a benefit, at least not right away. While this is okay in a state with decent state healthcare, it could be a problem if the company expands into other states.
