First job I've worked that's discussed racism, decent time off amount 20 days all together. Pay was good competitive. People are nice and being able to stay remote is nice.
Cons
- little to no training - values are not worked into business model - favoritism runs rampant - flexibility one of their values means putting thr job first - ineffective management - high turnover - typical corporate environment
