Everything. The schedule, they want you to work all the time, but then they talk about work life balance is great. But then if anything goes wrong it’s never senior management’s fault it’s always someone else they have to blame. Very unprofessional and they lie their clients. They also will lay off staff when they mess up and lose their funding
