      Quickly Growing Company, Never Bored - Manufacturing Engineer Filtration Group Employee Review

      Pros

      - Personally I have a great boss on the team I worked on - Lots of projects, never run out of things to do - Very hands on with projects - Boss does not micromanage and trusts employees - Lots of opportunity to learn by doing - Decent health and 401k benefits

      Cons

      - Company is growing very quickly in business, but does not appear to keep up with staffing. If you are an efficient employee and can handle a lot of work it's good, otherwise it may be overwhelming. - Not a lot of company bonding events, makes it difficult to meet people and understand everyone's role within the company - Engineering salary below average for job and location - Quickly growing makes it seem a little chaotic, may be solved if staffing improves - Relatively old facility - Not a lot of room for advancement

      Amazing culture, Career growth opportunities, great benefits, loads or support from management, good pay.

      Cons

      I don't have anything bad to say about this company. They have treated me absolutely amazing during my time there.

      Pros

      Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

      Cons

      The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
