- remote - incentives - can change your queue status
Cons
- extremely micromanaged - managers, supervisors and leads didn't know what to do therefore, there was mixed responses on how to do things - customer support NEEDED to work holidays though all company was off - customer support lost their incentives if the had an emergency and called off, were late, or got bad scores - PIP for everyone but the bad leadership - favoritism all day - Killby and his infamous videos were nothing is said but we are all one family...
