      Growth mindset with ownership. An established company that thinks young and acts like a startup on the leading edge of online marketing and video/film. Feels like a family in a rapidly-growing, forward-thinking small business.

      Cons

      Small businesses seem to learn as they go, which is apparent at times. But ownership works hard on creating a fun culture that makes you feel appreciated.
