Management lacks actual experience in software engineering, relying solely on tenure over competence. Rigid working hours: 9 hours daily from 8 AM with no flexibility. Salary deductions even for a 1-minute delay or exceeding a 5-minute break every 2 hours. Employment terminated after only 10 working days without clear reasons or fair evaluation. No defined objectives or onboarding support during the probation period.
