Pros
There's lots of opportunity to get hands on and learn if it is your first real job. Once you have some experience though its very hard to turn a blind of of how disorganized this company is. They do try hard to to be transparent however the whole exec team moves with knee jerk reactions that the transparency is not as useful as if there was any structure and focus. Tech team seems to be very disconnected from the struggles of other departments. If you work in tech it is a great company with a lot of respect and growth. Tech has a phenomenal support and VP.
Cons
Exec team is very checked out. They are have other businesses on the side so this is a great oportunity for them to make a decent salary and only work 9-5 while keeping a VP title. Because of that, there is never the appropriate amount of structure or support. This is a very frustrating company to be at if you're higher than an entry level position because there is no real career path
