Pros
-Team camaraderie
- Most management is great to work for
- Vacation/PTO package is comparable to other companies
- Location
Cons
- Pay as an admin
- Turnover - while I was there from 2011-2012 the admin team shrunk to half within 6 weeks (6-3 people). Two of these admins left because they both supported the CEO, who is very difficult to work for.
- If working for the CEO be prepared to work with his entire family (wife, kids, parents, aunts, uncles, etc.) while maintaining all of your office work as well. Be prepared for evening and weekend calls. But don't be prepared to be compensated for the extra hours.
- Obvious disrespect for the CEO. Employees (not management) would frequently complain about how they were treated by the CEO.
