      PTO, wellness buck reimbursement, decent health insurance.

      Cons

      Management is awful. Hard work gets you no where. If you want to get into management, kiss up and slack off. Their goal isn't to do what's best for the member.

      The people I worked with were good. The benefits were good.

      Cons

      Upper management micro manages! They sit and watch the cameras in all the branches and will call you while you are with a customer and ask why you are taking so long with them.
