Pros

1. Free food once or twice a week thats about it

Cons

1. Poor management/leadership. Never worked with so many incompetent managers. 2. Management will tell you one thing just to get you off their back and then they will punish you if you speak out. 3. Inside favoritism/small office politics. Its a family company so expect some favorable decision to benefit only certain people. You can work hard as you want but they will choose who to feed at the end of the day. 4. Low work morale. People there are stressed out from having to work their 8 hour schedule and still have to go home and work more and on the weekends just to hit their quota. 5. First week i was there the current employees told me that they had to work 60 plus hours a week to barley hit their quota. No wonder the morale is super low. Everyone has a poor work life balance except for the family members working there. You can really see it on everyone’s face. They are fed up with all the chaos and favoritism. 6. No benefits besides a health plan that does not cover much. 7. No real training. They tell you to look up a few key terms, watch some of the veterans on the phone, and then off you go. Worst and most unprofessional training I have ever received. It was a joke. 8. Disorganized and that is not an understatement. They do not have a clue as to what they are doing most of the time. 9. They do not provide proper resources to do the job. I came in and they did not even have a computer for the newcomers to use to do their training. They were just a sitting duck for a few days while they received poor training. They are cheap about everything from CRM, software that doesn’t even work well, Internet, hardware, and just everything important you need to do your job well. 10. Bottom line a horrible company to work for. A dead end job with no place to advance up. If you like not getting proper training, resources, having a poor work life balance, and not being respected. Then this job is for you! Please do yourself a favor and do not work here. The current employees will tell you the truth here its a bad place to be.
