      Fantastic culture. Looks after their staff wellbeing and the flexibility is amazing. Good overall compensation package.

      Cons

      Very slow moving and political. Base salary is poor in most departments relative to the market.

      Great company culture. Low-stress, but most publications are for the most part.

      Cons

      The pay is very low for all positions in the market. Even for publications. They loose talent because of this.
