      Pros

      The managers are mostly very nice and approachable. Learning a lot while working here. Company takes care of employees as well. Don't expect to look for free flow snacks in the pantry or free coffee or drinks. They look after employees in terms of mental health, work life balance and job stability.

      Pros

      Very smart and nice people. The environment is collaborative and encouraging across regions—a good place to start and build a career.

      Cons

      Pay is way below market, and benefits are limited. Additionally, inconsistent alignment between leadership and management sometimes leads to shifting or unclear expectations.
