When first starting at Finaps, the team immediately made me feel welcome and a values member. It was very important to them that I got all the time I needed to land in the organisation. The values of the company are very clearly represented in all its employees, but there is still a wide variety of personas working at Finaps. Adding value to the company is greatly rewarded, as is showing initiative. Overall an amazing employer where I definitely see myself work in the foreseeable future.
