Nice salary compensation for toxic environment. Some of the team members are really good but not the upper management

Very difficult to meet requirements within very short time. Upper management won't listen to bright ideas, but those who do appreciate the work and ideas. They rampantly use AI (specially the upper management) and then overload us with the debuggings and fixes later
