Pros
I don't get punished for working efficiently — If I finish my tasks before deadline, my seniors don't immediately ask me to work for the next tasks. Unlimited paid leaves — it allows me to have a proper work-life balance. I don't usually apply for paid leaves but it is nice to have in case I feel a burn out. Non-toxic and professional culture — experiences will differ since there are a lot of teams in Finastra. My team is very encouraging and seniors are very open minded to new ideas even from a level 1 employee like me.
Cons
Salary was a good rate for 2022 but since it stayed the same until 2023, Philippine inflation caught up and made my salary barely enough for living. But as long as you perform well, you can always ask for an increase.
