High hiring and firing rate, the founder abuses at people! literal Gaalis. The KRAs are never clear and you can be ridiculed for any damn thing whether its your responsibility or not. Constant harassment & yelling. Not just this, the founder is sexist & prejudiced. The company doesn't perform and that's because of the abuse. Pay is also very less. Zero employee benefits. if you take leaves the founder makes your life a living hell. When you take LOP, this is how much they deduct: (your salary / 22) x no. of leaves. You will be late most days.
