Pros

There's always a lot of new features being launched at the company as it's constantly growing and monetizing for the digital marketing space, so you never get bored and get to tackle new challenges and learn skills. You get the opportunity to work with a wide variety of brands - from emerging to large aspirational. The team is amazing and has excellent communication even while being fully remote. Everyone is so helpful to one another and management is always open and welcoming to employee feedback. Have been on a couple company retreats that were fully paid for and were full on vacations where you just had fun. Lots of opportunity for growth if you excel in your role and are good with adapting to change.

Cons

The company is growing very fast with new features and lots of clients, so hiring is definitely key to ensuring the team can handle the load. They are taking a lot of steps to get the hiring process done faster, so that will continue to make things better.

Pros

I love working with FindKeep.Love. I have grown more in the short five years I have been with the company than working in one company for over 15 years. The CEO/Founder acknowledges hard work and rewards accordingly. No micro-managing and allows you to feel like you are collaborating with her to help the business grow. I love feeling like I am a part of family and the growth of the company and invested in ways I've never been before. This is a family, not just a job.

Cons

Not really any cons, but this is fast-paced work environment that is constantly changing as a start-up, so the work is not always for everyone. I enjoy the fast-paced environment, so it has allowed me to thrive.

Pros

-You will learn a lot -You can work remotely -You get the chance to work with large brands, which is very cool -Opportunity to travel

Cons

-There isn’t (the time I was there) HR. That might be a positive for some, but it was a strong con to me. -Your hours are tracked via hubstaff and your percentages of mouse/key strokes are watched closely. This often led to me working over 40 hour weeks because I would turn hubstaff off sometimes when I knew I wouldn’t be moving my mouse around so as to not destroy my percentages of activity. -To me this is a con, but might not be for everyone: workers are in different time zones, and depending on your position, you might be contacted outside of your office hours and you might be expected to check your email outside of office hours. As someone who struggles to set up boundaries, this caused me to burn out very fast. When I tried to establish boundaries, it seemed to be respected but would become an obstacle again in the future. However, this might be a nonissue for others. -the pay did not match the amount of work. I had to get other jobs to supplement income, which also led to burnout.
