      Pros

      Health insurance, nice offices in the center and working with a well known client

      Cons

      Overworked employees, with a very low salary and no option for a raise, on top of no growth opportunities inside the company. There are too many directors for the few employees that they have and they are mainly men. The worst part of my experience were the threats we got via email from one of the founders, who demanded to control the content of our personal linkedin page.. or else. It is a horrible feeling when an employer thinks they own you.

      Pros

      Great team members. You learn a lot. Work from home. Health Insurance. Cobee flexible retribution.

      Cons

      Chaos. Lack of resources. Sales obsession with no team to assume the new projects. Peer review is mandatory and monthly review's results are never paired with decision making or actions behind them. It's like no one wonders why people leave, or complaints are dismissed. Absent or poor top management.
