Pros
Awesome culture as other reviews have said. Laid back and everyone is friendly and willing to help you whenever you need it. Events and other activities are plentiful throughout the year, and if you feel like a part of a family. Work can be stressful at times and the load can be heavy - but they rarely impose deadlines or hard requirements. They do care about you as a human being, which is rare in the workplace and try to find a job that works for the individual personally and professionally.
Cons
Lack of communication, responsibility, and sharing of information kills any positives of the company — as well as super low pay for work that’s being done. There’s a bit of a head-in-the-sand mentality here. Major core issues to the business’s main product are swept under the rug, and if anyone brings it up - they act like they’ll look into it, but nothing ever happens. They are profitable purely because they run a super lean operation, with not enough people in departments that are struggling to handle the volume. Instead, they offer a flexible work environment with tons of office perks (like free cold brew on tap) to help you forget about your crappy salary and lack of resources. A few bad apples can cause a major rift in departments simply because they’re not taking responsibility.
