Okay - Sales Findlay Automotive Group Employee Review

They have the best people there and it was so much fun working there. I wish I had never left.

There is nothing bad to say about them!

- Relatively nice dealership - Climate controlled shop - Some of the employees are great - Laid back - Cadillacs are nice vehicles - Pay is good

- Management is extremely clueless on what is right and what is wrong - Managers act entitled - Very lenient (A lot of stuff gets to slide that would result in termination at other places) - Some disrepectful employees - No one owns up to their mistakes - Management will point fingers at others to save their own positions - Management spends funds on useless items that do not have any major purpose - Unbelievably unorganized
