- Good salary - Good projects - Most of HR employees are responsible and really want to help new comers - Option to change projects if you are not happy with yours

- Lack of feedback - I don't see much of a way to grow in the company -Sometimes I get completely ignored by my managers when I want to talk to them -They promise some things and they don't do it

None. No transparency. Lack of communication.

None. Just another consultancy company, that does not respect you.
