Pros

- Everything people say about the games, free lunches (4 days a week), and snacks is true. - Engineers have the flexibility to work in a hybrid setup with a very flexible schedule. (But I love coming to the office every day—maybe -Finfare gives me enough passion to do that.) - The company is full of talented Backend and Frontend engineers from whom you can learn every day. - Hard work is recognized with promotions, raises, and bonuses. - Management has accepted and listened to direct and honest feedback without hard feelings, improving processes as a result. - HR has improved its processes to help employees feel comfortable sharing their feelings about their managers, the company, and any general processes, and is willing to act on that feedback, contributing to organizational growth. - Many great products are live, and more are being built. I have been with Finfare for almost two years and have gone through both good and hard times, but overall, it has been a great experience. Regarding job security at Finfare, I always apply the concept of working in a startup as, "If you are a very good partner or spouse, nobody wants to leave you." Believe me, just keep doing the right thing, and you will be rewarded.

Cons

Excessive documentation will lead to a slower development process and an increased maintenance burden.

Pros

Most of the coworkers are nice to work with

Cons

Literally everything else. I don't know what kind of business this place is pretending to be and I don't even think the CEO knows either. He hires people on for whatever idea he has that month, realizes it isn't making him any money (since he puts zero effort into it) then lays off anyone involved and justifies it by pointing out other major business failed at first (okay dude, you're not even at the level of any successful company even at its lowest). Save yourself the time and effort and STAY AWAY. Seriously. I had thought the reviews were to be taken with a grain of salt, but after witnessing and being personally affected by this circus, all I can do is warn others not to get involved.
