Completely ridiculous COO - Very unsecured & absolutely lack management skills - Practices favoritism at its worst by hiring family members & covering up their mistakes - Zero emotional intelligence (Brings house problems to work, blocks communication such as blocking fellow employees who are reporting to her on WhatsApp/Skype despite having the need to work closely) - Never genuine & exploits given trust by the CEO. Typical power abuse. - Causes unnecessary problems slowing down the teams effort - Cannot be corrected, takes it personally and tends to indulge in behaviors such as gossiping, inducing fear, abusive & not to mention shabby unethical conducts - Direction not aligned with the CEO's vision that causes confusions - Purposely misguides team members - Lack common social skills and sense (can be seen in the way she mocks & goes around revealing employee's personal matter, comparing her life/family with others) - Takes pride in being egoistic
