Flexibility, great working environment and great colleagues

None so far as I experienced

Nice working place, Good Salary and Benefits, Free flow coffee at pantry, The company's product had an awesome vision for their products, just with a little catch below Easy parking at Cybrjaya office, free parking for staffs! This alone already beats many of the places at KL/PJ/Subang.

Projects are being rushed too quickly, too many modules to develop in a short time, ends up the module have to be quickly deployed with a short testing phase to meet deadline, ending up with a lot of bug complaints from customer, after that, gets new module to develop while fixing bugs on a former module. There might be politics depending on your colleague or lead, some people are just likes being dramatic regardless, we already have Netflix for that. Politics could take a toll on overall team's performance. No flexible working hour, very rigid 8hr/day. Some might be okay with that, I am self-motivated and I prefer to schedule my given tasks based given deadline and I could do whenever I want as long as the deadline are met.
