Absolutely no Pros of working here!

This organization suffers from a severe lack of professional management and employee-centric policies. The leadership team operates with little transparency, consistency, or accountability. Decisions are often made arbitrarily, with favoritism taking precedence over performance, skills, or experience. One of the biggest concerns is the complete absence of job security. Employees can find themselves reassigned to entirely different departments, responsibilities, or roles without prior discussion, proper notice, or consideration of their expertise and career goals. There is little respect for employees' professional development or the commitments made during hiring. The work environment is heavily influenced by internal politics and personal relationships. Recognition, opportunities, and growth often seem reserved for a select few, while others are left feeling undervalued regardless of their contributions. Constructive feedback is rarely welcomed, and employee concerns are often ignored. There is no clear vision for career progression, and expectations change frequently without communication. Processes are disorganized, planning is reactive rather than strategic, and employees are expected to adapt to constant changes without support. Morale is low, turnover is high, and many talented individuals leave due to frustration with the management style and lack of fairness. The company would benefit greatly from professional leadership, transparent policies, merit-based decision-making, and genuine respect for its employees.

Really good place if you want to both work and learn. Tech team is really good and helpful. If you have any ideas then you can directly interact with the CTO who is always encouraging. You will make good friends too! Overall a very nice place.

Not really a con but i think the internal communication can be improved between the teams.
