Pros
One of the reasons that Finish Line is a great place to work because you are able to gain customer service skills as well as marketing skills, another reason that Finish Line is great because it is a great first job, especially for students who are still in school.
Cons
The only cons are the salary, while working for Finish Line I felt the wages could have been higher or the amount of commission on a sales could have been higher.
