      Trickle-down dysfunction with a healthy side of nepotism Some departments within the company are clearly favored over others Cross-company communication needs improvement No separate sick pay. Sick pay is drawn directly from your overall PTO balance.

      Pros

      Generous time off, polite staff, excellent precautions during covid-19, pleasant work environment, updated technology, access to company computer, I phone for Telehealth visits.

      Cons

      Stress level can be unpredictable depending on caseload.
