Pros

Catered lunch, sometimes work events.

Cons

High stress, no training. Plus on their LinkedIn profile it says that they’re hybrid, but they will not let you work remote for most positions and managers want you in office so that they can control you. Very tone deaf. They literally sent out an email congratulating a manager for buying so much company merchandise yet a lot of us are struggling at $15 an hour. Plus they rebranded the company, but they didn’t change why they had to rebrand. Toxic work culture. Managers cause a lot of the drama. Do not befriend anyone here. Especially the managers because they will tell your business to everybody. And don’t work here. If you have a personality, you’d like to have fun or if you have tattoos. And the pay is so embarrassingly low. I went to another accounting firm in town, starting out at 18 an hour. And the managers like to bully you. There’s only a few nice people here. And their PTO bank policy is the worst!! You do not get paid overtime here. You might be salary but if you miss work, they deduct your paycheck, so therefore how can you be salary? Shady! 40 hours a week here makes you almost want to not wake up ever again. And they’re open every federal holiday. So, even if the tribes and the banks are closed, you still have to come in and slave away. So if you enjoy being miserable every day of your life, then by all means, come work here.

Pros

Fun work events occasionally during working hours.

Cons

Where to begin? Do you like working somewhere where you get absolutely no training? If the answers, yes, then sign up! Their PTO policy is an utter joke. And if they give you a holiday off, Rest assured you will make up all that time you missed. So you technically you don’t get a holiday. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Innovation is in their motto, but the way they think is completely old-fashioned. It’s embarrassing. Nothing about Finley is innovative. They always put the cart before the horse. Also, my manager ate pot cookies with their client, but yet a partner preaches to us about professionalism. I’m not friends with any of our clients. Managers are Facebook friends with their clients and text each other often. That’s extremely corrupt.
