      Interesting real estate business line and slick technology

      Cons

      Worked for earlier iteration/affiliate of this company - same owner/founder but they keep changing names or reincorporating/changing managers. Refused to pay me massive amount commission owed (when client had paid them) for no reason. Haved been tied up in litigation and finally won this year. Hired as contractor when I was really an employee, so I had to go to Labour Board. Company is also being sued by former landlord for non-payment. Unethical owner/leader has bad reputation that might follow you.

      Pros

      Founders of super hard-working and extremely passionate about building this company and taking care of its employees. They're very smart and intelligent with lots of transaction experience and overall knowledge of the industry. They always respect your opinions. The culture is super collaborative witch as a new broker it was very welcoming for me. Everything at the company is like an open book. The founder Amar calls me on the weekend when I need help ... Always there to coach me and guide me on deal strategies.

      Cons

      Real estates transactions have been slow last year and as a result everybody is getting impacted. But the tools and technology that the company is building is truly next level and is helping us generate more business then other brokers in the industry.

      There is no pros. CEO Amar has closed 0 deals in the United States and company is a fraudulent llc in Florida.
