      Pros

      Individual contributors within the operations team were the only pros.

      Cons

      The organization suffers from a lack of strategic vision. Both the CEO and CTO operate with a reactive mindset rather than a proactive one, often showing clear bias that undermines meritocracy. Furthermore, leadership is resistant to feedback, which stifles the expertise of the high-caliber talent they hire.
