I had a very negative experience working at Finsa. From the very beginning, I felt like I wasn't valued as an employee and that the company culture was toxic. The managers were unapproachable and unsupportive, and the workload was unmanageable. The lack of communication and transparency from the management made it difficult to know what was expected of me, and I often found myself feeling overwhelmed and underappreciated. The work environment was not conducive to productivity, and there was a general lack of respect for employees' time and well-being. I would not recommend working at Finsa to anyone. While the job may seem appealing at first, the reality of the work culture and management style quickly became apparent and made for a very unpleasant experience. If you value your mental health and well-being, I suggest looking elsewhere for employment opportunities.
