      Pros

      Pay may not be high but the benefits are good. Climbing can be hard but that's all dependent on your drive

      Cons

      You are over worked and underpaid for all of your effort. They hire very low class employees who do the bare minimum. They reward the bad employees but treat the hard workers like garbage.

      Company processes are not settled yet, and are changing from time to time, it is more relevant to managment layer i guess. Anyway, it is not a big deal for me, because im a part of a squad that is quite stable.

      Working hours and informal working culture.

      Cons

      No growth. Literally the career is going backwards. Would throw stones at this company. Regret to have joined here.
