Poor leadership - Processing Associate Fire Bros Employee Review

CEO is obsessed with clout as his primary business strategy, to the detriment of his employees and management. Many dedicated and long-term employees have left or been fired in the past few years due to overall lack of direction within the company, lack of growth, lack of solid planning and decision making outside of what the CEO thinks will be cool. Tons of money for his own merch lines or pet projects, none for promotions or raises.
