the field techs are all really knowledgeable, there is always plenty of work to be done, I have gotten to do some unique projects with interesting people in places that have elevated my knowledge and experience. Training is ongoing and has continued the entire time that I have been with the company.
Cons
long hours, but i don't mind long hours so not really a con for me
The pay was few, but the company pulls you in at any cost to maintain labor.
Cons
1. Offering Inspections with illegitimate information for the local AHJ, in many cases, and expect the technicians to clean up bad reports with no time to offer.
2. Be, conscious.
