Main office was out of touch with pricing of their product which lead to massive complaints that would "reflect on front end staff" even though front end didn't have a say in prices. Benefits were only for full time staff which was mainly managers, no front end staff received benefits because they would make sure front end would work less than full time hours to deny benefits.
